Would not recommend to ANYONE. They forgot part of my order and sent me a burnt cookie pizza and I had to call them back. Then... had to wait again because they wouldn't refund my money just deduct from next order or wait for another one to come mind you Igave proper tip too.. smh I mean it's crazy how they think I'm going to reorder from them again... This was my go to pizza place even though i live in San Marcos. Friday order the big box. Tell me they are out of square pans... have to cancel. Manager says they can still do it using round pans. Perfect come home give me cheese pizza ordered pepperoni andthe other meat lovers! ???? call they are going to reimburse me. Call Wednesday to see about getting refund. Manager says shewill give me a large pizza. Order go pick it up. They give me the wring order. Geez. Call again they say your pizza is stillhere again wrong order. They are going to reimburse again. This place has gone down hill! Staff when answer phone no hello howcan i help you. They go straight into we are busy right now its going to be another 20 minutes before i can take your order. Well, I usually love to write good reviews but this is super disappointing and I have to say something. First, last week I... ordered cheese bread and got breadsticks. No big deal. I gave feedback and Beverly offered me $10 of credit. I never got it.Then, I try ordering again today and it has been an hour and a half since I ordered. I ordered at 6:25pm and now? at 8:25pm mypizza arrived, cold. Horrible experience. They used DoorDash and the guy delivering dropped it off in the wrong place. I stopped by and picked up my order. The food was good but customer service was lacking. I arrived inside and employees walking... around and was never acknowledged until after a good few minutes by another employee. Then they couldn't find my order. Since when was there a storage on pizza sauce? Ordered two pizza?s and one had a normal amount of sauce. The cheese pizza... should have been cheese sticks. There was no sauce. Ordered 4 ranch dressings and only received 2. Also there were no deliverydrivers working so they used door dash to deliver our food so I guess they get an extra star for adapting to the situation andstill providing delivery. Since when did pride in your work go out the window. Pizza Hut has now fallen below Frozen pizzaquality and it?s sad. Good luck staying in business without changing your current business model. The pizza arrived 30 late, cold and over cooked. Oh and it was like I was eating a paper plate with pepperoni and a hint of... cheese with a ton of grease! The crust was so thin it was nasty chewy! I stopped coming to this pizza hut when they were changing managers alot. My order was always wrong. It has been several months... and decided to give them another chance.
