Wentto the drive-through order spot. Sat there for 4-5 minutes. no one took our order. So we pulled up to the window. Sat there... for at least 7 to 8 minutes. The guy finally opens the window and asks if we had ordered something that I guess the car behindus had ordered.. We told him no that we still had not given our order. Meanwhile four cars pulled up behind us. Each of themappeared to be able to place their order. The guy closes the window on us and starts taking the people behind us their orders.Clearly the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Sonic drive in! I think this is my second complaint I?ve ever written onsomeone. this store clearly deserves it! I will never go to this store again especially and will think twice before I go to anysonic from now on. A very irritating experience!! Read more
I can understand places are busy but this is probably one of the worst sonics ever. I only decided to go here because it was on... the way home and they had 1$ hot dogs on Thursday. I place a mobile order around 9:42. I figured it's way early enough even ifthey close at ten and all I ordered was two hot dogs and a slush. 10 PM rolls around and it says the car hop is coming out withme food. Nobody comes so I knock on the door and I ask where is my order and after telling them my name they say they think theygave it to someone else! By this time it's 10:15 and I'm very annoyed and she decides to give me two of those little chips andsays she will upsize my drink to a large and make my food. I didn't get my food intil 9:27 terrible service and veryunacceptable way to treat customers it shouldn't take 45 mins to make 3 items...... Read more
UPDATE- WENT BACK DAYS LATER. TOOK PICTURES. SAME DEAD ROACH ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR!! I wanted to give more. We ordered online... and when we got there they said it would be 10 min because the hard ice cream needed to freeze. I decided to go to the bathroom.There was a giant dead roach on the floor by the kitchen door and I happened to look up and the vent was covered in mildew. Thebathroom smelled like greasy nasty kitchen. We finally received our ice cream and they left my "soft serve" ice cream on thecounter while they waited for the other because it was melted to milk. I was grossed out already because of the bathroom so Ithrew mine out. I don't think I will ever go back there again. I wish I would've taken pics but I didn't take my phone. I am sosad because I spend a lot of time in that area amd my kids like sonic. Read more
Brandt, fantastic job. It seems like most times I go to sonic they don?t care but today was different. 2:30 crew is on the ball.... Order was hot and in timely manner. Forgot to put ketchup but was mobile order so I pressed red button asking for ketchup.Assuming 2 or 3 packs right? Nope. Brandt walks out with some I can enjoy for a few more trips to sonic. Easily the worst food I?ve ever had. Is Helen Keller behind the grill? If I was doing a taste test blind folded and someone fed... me this chicken sandwich, then fed me dog food right after, I would of said the dog food tasted better. Read more

Consistently bad service. The drive thru intercom never seems to be working and the pull-in spots get answered 30% of the time.... Often told that ?we?re not taking pull-in orders, please go to drive thru? only to wait for 15 minutes and have no one answer atthe drive thru. Usually just have to pull up to the window to order. Last time I had to write my order on a napkin. Wait timesare 30 minutes on average from drive up. We only get drinks because we don?t trust the food quality with this service. I feelfor the employees that work here; always seems like they?re scrambling and understaffed. Get their team some help! Overall, thefranchise makes the Sonic brand look pretty bad.
