The house blend was average to weak for a Starbucks daily grind. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was bussiling.
Worst Starbucks I've been to. No greeting and always making drinks wrong. It's like they've never been trained
I proceeded inside for the first time and requested an iced coffee. I was never called up to get my beverage. My beverage posed... there for 8 minutes, on the countertop. When the guest and I realized what was proceeding we were surprised that theyunderstood what was going on but accomplished not to mention that our drinks were ready. We ordered a Chai tea latte, an americano and a cappuccino, the cappuccino was only half full. When we asked them if that's how... they normally serve it, they just gave us more milk froth. They had so many orders coming in, they didn't care about the onesthey just handed out. Read more
The line was long. But not only did my coffee not taste how it?s supposed to it was very watery and all I could taste is... espresso, nothing else. I ordered a brown sugar oat-milk espresso, I am from out of town and Houston?s Starbucks would NEVERserve me a water down non tasty drink. Read more
Visited 7-18-21 on a BUSY Sunday afternoon. The drive through line went to the frontage road and hindered traffic getting in... and out. It was quicker to park and walk in to get a drink. Inside seating area was open and tables spaced out. Our orderswere processed correctly and the barista was friendly. Bathroom needed attention but wasn?t disgusting. I wish they had faster service, the queues are always super long here. Expect to spend 30 mins on this process.
