Went for first time there after exercise classes at the "Y" with 3 other friend great vive actually no noisy espacious and clean
I love this location. Staff are always sweet and great at their job. Today a lady was impatient that her order was not coming... out as quickly as mine. So she took my son's drink and the staff was nice enough to make me another one on the spot so I couldbring one back home to my son. Thank you again for all y'all's hard work. Read more

I ordered online, and then told the cashier I was picking up my coffee in the drive thru due to me not feeling well and not... wanting to expose anyone. She said "it doesn't matter where you pick it up." I then proceeded to the window where she handed memy coffee with absolutely nothing to say and then quickly shut the window. Worst experience ever from a Starbucks . I mobile ordered 3 Frappuccinos and 1 Iced caramel Macchiato. When asked to add... chocolate chips as topping to the one Java Chip Frappuccino the UNPROFESSIONAL BRAT ? Ziggy? brings out the Oreo pieces andtells me to take off the lid so she can add them. I ask her are those chocolate chips? She was all mad about it and says Yes. Ithen watch her put them on the topping and turns out they are Oreo pieces. I tell her I thought she was adding chocolate chipsshe gives me an ugly look and responds we don?t have those here. I then tell her to take the whole topping off and remake itthen because my child is not drinking that. She says she?s done and walks away from the situation. I raised my voice and toldher so what are we going to do about it. A young nice girl walks in and has to fix the issue when ?Ziggy? messed up. I come to this location every single day. Without fail I stop in every morning, M-S. Sometimes twice. I?m so disappointed with... this location. Without fail majority of the time my order is done wrong. Not sure why I continue to go and waste money. Iasked for my usual, but per usual it is wrong.
