Terrible service. They didn't know what they were doing. Cheese was burnt, yes, that brown thing right there is cheese. And they... gave the butt of a tomato, one of only two tomatoes that came on the sandwich because they couldn't bother going to grab somemore. Read more
Somewhat chaotic, the male employees played x rated rap when we visited and the store and food bar were dirty. I asked them to... turn it off because of elementary aged kids in store. !! Oppositely, the women when they are working keep it clean, friendly,and run a tight ship with a curate food orders. Very busy store in the strip mall near HEB. Went here the other day and the staff was unbelievably incompetent. I had to teach the new girl how to make my sub. They sold me... fountain drink even though they were out of lids etc. It would be too long to explain it all but avoid this place. Run bychildren. Read more
They switched up their ordering process and it's terrible. You can no longer build your own sub. I order a chicken bacon ranch... and was told to select the #8 and say what i didnt and did want extra. Makes no sense.Won't be coming back. Staff is nicethough. Read more
Pretty solid experience. Went in around lunchtime. One lady behind counter greeted me as she finished making pickup orders.... Other lady making short work of her lunch to get back behind counter, appreciated. Both seemed on point and were able to handlethings back there. My only complaint is that it closes too early some days. I live close but work away so never a lunch optionfor me. Edit: they now stay open until 10 Read more

Worst subway I've been to. The meat tasted off, like it had been sitting out for awhile. Don't recommend
