Location is never open anymore, when they are open, service is slow, and the food is nothing like other Subways, reduced menu... and workers don't now how to make sandwiches correctly, I never plan on returning to this location. Needs new owners and newstaff. Read more

One sandwich was drenched in sweet teriyaki sauce, the other sandwich was missing the sliced avocado that I paid an additional... $1.70 for AND missing the turkey in the turkey and ham sandwich There were 0 customers in the store, no excuse. Guess I willdrive to Jimmy Jones from now on. Read more

Poor subway. Service slow, sandwiches are sub par. Had a bad experience last year and gave them another chance but no... improvement. Need a ThunderCloud in Buda real bad. Read more

Changing my old 4 star review. Y'all are never open. If you guys ever decide to stay open regular business hours I'll probably... change it again. It's just frustrating because I work a REGULAR job with REGULAR hours and I can't get breakfast there beforework and can't get a sandwich after. Not mad it just disappointed, it makes no sense. Every other subway I know of is open atleast 10 hours a day. Doesn't seem like a good way to make any money... Read more

12/02/21 Update: I went back to the store on Thursday December 2nd and it would appear the store is under new management. I... explained my situation and the new manager, a very polite gentleman was very professional and although he didn't know what thepolicy was or the issue he was happy to remake the order for me and apologized for the previous issue I had. I haven't tried thefood yet but it looked fresh and I am going to have to say even though it may have been a bad experience before try the storeagain now that they are under new managenent. Original Review 11/24/21 If I could give this half a star I would. I placed anorder on the app and I am due a refund of $20.54 and a reimbursement of my $2.00 coupon that was used for an order. On Wed Nov24th 2021 I ordered on the app and looked up the store info. The information for that store's location said they were closing at4:00pm. I placed my order at 3:10pm and the order kept saying processing. At 3:30 I went to the store and the sign on the doorsaid they were closing at 3:pm. I banged on the door to get the attention of the staff who were still in the building and a girlwith short brown hair gave me an attitude and said she didnt get the order and that she wasn't making the order. I explainedthat I had already been billed and she said I would be refunded within 24 hours. I was not refunded and I also think it was veryunprofessional the way I was treated and the attitude I received from the employee who answered the door. Her apathetic responsewas so intentional it was almost as if she was trying to provoke me. I told her have a blessed day and left with a truly feltGod bless you but she was really doing all she could to get a rise out of me while I was trying to explain to her what hapoened.She made no attempt to help or understand and said she couldn't help and that oh well. it wasn't her problem and that I couldwait for my money to be returned. The lack of customer service, face mask regulations. My order was simple: turkey sandwich, I arrived at 2:30 and the staff told... me they can?t toast my sandwich because the toaster was off and her answer was ?take two hours to turn on?? I meant what???!Plus tomatoes were out!!! It?s insane!. I usually like yo say ?give me all the veggies? instead of calling one by one, andsometimes I like jalapeños sometimes I don?t and today I didn?t want it, when I told her ?without jalapeños please? shestarted at me saying ?well you said all of them? in a no very kind way. I payed in cash and I can tell this young blonde girlalready closed the cashier because she had to take out the coins attached with tape to give my change.
