Unfortunately, this is the closest Zaxbys to us but every time we go, we have an issue with our order being wrong or having to... wait and incredibly long time for wings. More times than not, they don't tell you there is a wait on wings until after you'veordered and pulled up to the window to pay. Read more

This store has always been one of the cleaner stores in the area. The staff is friendly, clean and attractive. The management... is top shelf and very attentive. We were helped by Jacqueline. She was polite and knowledgeable of the menu. Got our order 100%correct and the food was out hot in less than 10 minutes. Great experience all around. Read more

I've gone several times and they always forget something. I don't want to drive back once I am home. I called to tell them to... refund me and they left me on hold the first time for 9 min while they got the manager. The manager never picked up the phone. Icalled back and waited another 7 min before getting the manager. The manager finally came on and told me he could not refund me,that I would need to come get the food or bring in receipt to get refund. This whole process I was on hold for 26 min while hetried to figure out if he could refund me over the phone. Needless to say I have to go in for the refund. Yesenia and her staff went above and beyond for a big order that I had for our company. I can?t thank her enough for her... patience and understanding and willingness to help me. Yesenia was extremely professional and helpful and did it with grace anda smile the whole time.
