I placed an online order last night and ordered the 2 for $5.99 each special. I was somehow charged full price, and when I... arrived I found out the employee had given my order to another customer. The employee ran outside to track down the customer andcame in a minute later with my food. The other customer had taken my pizzas to his car and the employee just handed them to meand said ?here?. It?s really weird and concerning to give me food after someone else had already walked off with it and taken itto his car. I also ordered some garlic sauces and when I asked for them, the employee said, ?well I gave it to the othercustomer.? The employee was careless and the entire situation was concerning. I definitely won?t be going back. The pizzas werealso lacking in quality and were very greasy. Read more

I ordered on the app and they took two and a half hours to deliver. I was confused on why it said complete when my order wasn?t... here so I called the store and I was yelled at and hung up on twice. I was also told to stop calling when I asked where my orderwas. This is unacceptable behavior from a business. This isn?t just a one time occurrence, every time I order from here they dothis. Terrible customer service. 1. Food was so cold had to heat it up due to driver going to wring house 15 min away. ( not drivers... fault so I did tip him extra for the extra drive) 2. Was overcharged. When I called to air out my concerns it was brushed off.My main concern was being over charged amd I was told I didn't mention the "national coupon" of $5.99 deal. I was told that dealneeded to be mentioned when I called however I did speak to corporate and they said its a national promotion and they shouldhave automatically applied. They didn't even bother to fix the mistake or even acknowledge that my food was cold when Imentioned that. I then asked for a receipt to prove I was overcharged and then was told the owner comes in at 7 and he will callme. 3 weeks now and no call. I understand the labor shortage but I don't appreciate being overcharged and told basically too badwhen it was their mistake. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Read more

Extremely inconsistent. I will order sometimes and its perfect. Other times they will barely put sause on the pizza or just... under cook stuff. One time I waited an hour for delivery. Needless to say ill be placing and picking up orders from a differentDominos. (Picture is bread bites) Read more

How hard is your job hour and half later? Even called to come pick it up in person after the long wait it?s only like $20-$40?.... is what it is. Half the pizza looked like sliced empanadas?. I hadn't had Domino's in several years and most pizzerias in the area were closed or closing soon. I ordered a medium Veggie... Thin Crust Pizza and picked it up. The dough was as bad; worse than I remembered. Soft, chewy, and undercooked. The pizza wasn'tcheap either; over $15. I would have been better off finding a real pizzeria or Italian restaurant. I also ordered a VeggiePrimavera pasta dish, which was actually pretty good; a decent portion for a little over $6. I had to give the owner my creditcard to be entered the digitally by hand, which I'm really not comfortable with. When I asked why he didn't get his swipe/chipreader fixed, he said it wasn't his, it was "Domino's." Read more
