When I asked for a chocolate crawler, I was given a twisted glazed donut. Not what I asked for, nor was it even remotely close... to what I wanted. At least she could have done was put a CHOCOLATE donut in my bag in lieu of the chocolate crawler that Iinitially wanted. Read more
Usually good experiences with this Dunkin but recently it's been nothing but issues. They are always rushed, I ordered a Mango... refresher today that looked more like Mango water, they didn't even stir it. I stirred it myself, tasted it and it taste just asit looked, flavored water. They are always in a rush, and when putting in your order they don't excuse themselves and start talking to other workers in a... foreign language while you're giving your order. So when paid the girl at the register says excuse me I didn't charge you foryour drink, well if she would have been paying attention to our order she wouldn't have made that mistake like that. A littlecourtesy goes a long way by excusing yourself to talk to someone else instead of messing up a order because they were not payingattention. So beware and observe how they serve you and relay your experience. Read more
