Ordered through the mobile app. Was not given everything I ordered. I showed receipts and they were persistent to say the item... was not ordered. I question their professionalism. McDonalds is also just so over priced for less than mediocre food. Read more
Ordered chicken nuggets and fries for my son at the drive thru. There was a bug or insect clearly visible in the nuggets. We... returned to the McDonald's immediately. I spoke to a female manager, barely capable of simple verbal communication, who didn'tcare in the least. I brought the remainder of uneaten food back in to her and said "It's unbelievable what you just served to acustomer. That man walked out of your place when he heard what you did." I was referring to a person that cancelled his orderand left after overhearing what I was saying. Her response was merely a shrug and something like, "People still come here". Best$20 we ever spent though. My son won't ask to go to McDonald's again. He was repulsed! The attitude of indifference she showedafter literally serving a bug to a customer was amazing and disappointing. Avoid this location, unless of course you enjoyeating bugs! Read more

Going on a trip to PA, saw on google maps their drive-thru is open until 12 and it was 11:14 so I assumed they?d be open. Pull... up in the drive through and was asked ?are you going to be ordering from the app?? To which I replied ?no?. After that I wasignored and didn?t hear anything else on the speaker. So I pulled up to the window just to be told they?re closed? either thetimes have to be updated or people have got to be told to stop closing early as it is a huge inconvenience getting off of 80just to be ignored. I made an online order for a customized burger. I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. They did come tell me anything... or have me move to a different spot. Totally messed up my order. I make it online as to not have any errors. I can't have cheeseand I requested no cheese and I still got it. Unfortunately I was already running late and didn't have time to get it changed.The fries were barely warm. It was a bit of a mess. Read more
I went here this afternoon, asked for a happy meal with extra pickles and double fries There were no pickles on my burger at all... and I got the small kids fry with apple slices instead of the double fries. It was so disappointing and I didn't have time to goback in the drive through line which was a mile long. They also don't answer phone calls which I tried calling them three times.I go here all the time and they never mess up so badly. Also the 6 fries I did get were burnt and hard as a rock????
