Horrible Delivery. Panera manager blames Door Dash and won't take responsibility for my order being delivered to the wrong... address and delivered two hours late. Panera is partnered with door dash so Panera doesn't have to hire in house deliverydrivers. Passing the buck doesn't solve the problem. Read more
If I could give no stars i would. This place has gotten horrible. The sandwich i ordered was so bad, it used to be my favorite... now its the worse! The beef was literally ao chewey there was no way to chew that. The bread was completely burned. There wasnothing good about this sandwich. Maybe they should hire some more mature employees . At 8:30pm I bought a light roast coffee tote and they didn?t give me a coffee cups and sugars, just a few coffee creamers, even... though the employee refused to give me the coffee creamers too. she jus gave me a few.
