Horrible Delivery. Panera manager blames Door Dash and won't take responsibility for my order being delivered to the wrong... address and delivered two hours late. Panera is partnered with door dash so Panera doesn't have to hire in house deliverydrivers. Passing the buck doesn't solve the problem. Read more
If I could give no stars i would. This place has gotten horrible. The sandwich i ordered was so bad, it used to be my favorite... now its the worse! The beef was literally ao chewey there was no way to chew that. The bread was completely burned. There wasnothing good about this sandwich. Maybe they should hire some more mature employees . At 8:30pm I bought a light roast coffee tote and they didn?t give me a coffee cups and sugars, just a few coffee creamers, even... though the employee refused to give me the coffee creamers too. she jus gave me a few. I can?t believe the service in thisplace; it was excellent but now is the worst. Read more
I could make this at home. The quality at this location has gone down drastically, the food is really gross.
I went to breakfast and the tea machines were off...the drinks were warm and fermented... as you can see in the pics the place... was not busy but it was loaded with dishes and the tables and floor had crumbs all over. It was definitely not what I expectfrom a panera. Not to mention that the woman at the counter was very impatient with us perusing the breakfast menu since we hadnever been for breakfast before. Yesterday I order food from this place and the delivered to my house and was late and salad was not fresh + Fruit cup the... berries were moldy , strawberry didn?t taste good. And the delivery guy ask me for tips and asked me what type of payment I used...You should be aware that this was served to a loyal customer. Consistently gets the order wrong. Forgets parts of a food (eg Greek Salad but no Feta). Will add food items that you... requested to leave out due to food allergies. Manager is never available to speak, even during off peak hours. Today visiblyrotten lettuce and pepper was in both salads I ordered. Read more
