Yesterday I went over to get something to go and I found out that they only offered online ordering only It was ok for me but... there were a lot of people that either didn't know how or didn't want to order online Hopefully it's a isolated incident. I like the food but the service is bad. In line behind groups of families I noticed that several folks were walking out once... they were at the counter. I was shocked to see at lease 1/2 of the food choices empty and no one was cooking. The food wasgoing to take 10 minutes. The clerks attitude was very apathic. I also walked out to eat elsewhere. The restaurant advertisesoutside that they are hiring and they pay $17.00 per hour. But they are definitely short staffed. Read more
This Panda Express has the most lackadaisical, lazy and lethargic staff I have ever encountered. I went in to order and was... asked if I had placed my order online. When I said no, I expected at least one of the free staff to stop lounging and ask what Iwanted, but instead they disappeared into the back for an unknown reason leaving me to stand at the counter unattended for about5 minutes. At this point I literally had to ask a passing staff member if I could please place an order. This request wasapparently so out of line I received an eye roll and a "that's why I asked if you placed your order online". I don't know what Idid to offend these disenfranchised, disengaged and dull eyed workers but it must have been something terrible to be treated asI was. I won't be dining at this location again. I've never had a good meal at any Panda Express, but it was late, we were hungry, and we were tired of hamburgers and tacos. We... should have had burgers anyway. The Panda's meats always seem to have been sitting out forever and smothered in some kind ofunappetizing glaze. Everything is bland, even the rice. Sometimes you just have to eat somewhere just to remind yourself whyyou never eat there, and this was one of those occasions. Read more
