Somehow never manage to get my order right. I only go here when I?m in desperate need of caffeine and the local shops are... closed. I never order anything extremely difficult to make. I ordered a mocha with caramel syrup and received a caramel latte.Another time I ordered two brown sugar lattes and a matcha latte with vanilla and received all marchas with brown sugar. I just found out that the Carmel Apple Spice cider is available year round!! Not just during the holidays!! This info was shared... with me by the barista who ran out of apple juice while making one for me - She went above and beyond opening several of theindividual Tree Top apple juice boxes in the snack cooler to finish my order. I was so grateful!! Totally made my day and I havea whole new respect for the willingness of Starbucks Staff to work outside the box. Read more
This Starbucks in Buellton is alright I guess. Parking is kind of poor, in part because the line for the drive thru cuts right... through the ingress into the lot. Once inside the ambience is fine...typical gentrified atmosphere complete with hipsters andmiddle aged patrons lounging about with books and laptops. Like most Starbucks with drive thrus, priority for service seems togo to the drive thru. While the baristas weren't rude, they weren't particularly friendly here either. There was a weird lack ofefficiency at this location, and I saw my food order get bounced to two different staff before someone finally sent it to thecounter for in-store pick up. On the plus side, this location seems to have better stock of food items compared to others. Read more
My review is for the team and not the food and drinks. A couple of weeks ago on a road trip with my family, I accidentally left... behind my purse with a significant amount of cash. I called in later that day when I realized what had happened and was toldsomeone put the bag in the safe. Because I am not in the area I asked if it could be mailed out and the manager graciouslyagreed. I just received the bag with all its contents. Thank you for going above and beyond for a stranger who was passing by.You saved this mom from a lot of time and headaches to gather new cards, license and my bonus. I appreciate you! Read more
I just love Starbucks overall but this is one of my favorite ones to go to. The staff is friendly (thank you Renee), the service... is fast, and I always find my drink of choice unlike my local Starbucks. Read more

The location is convenient with easy access from the freeway. Parking is acceptable, although a little tight at times. There is... a drive through option at this locaton, although I did not choose to use it. The inside was reasonably clean. The staff wasfriendly and expedient with orders. The bathrooms could use a little sprucing up and standard paper towel dispensers for dryingyour hands. Read more
