on 9-9-22 I had stopped in to taco bell, here in buellton. First think i Asked the cashier (Tracy B) was if the mexican pizzas... were available yet. She said no they are not. and sarcastically pointed to the sign. Then i said thats fine . ill take agordita. She said ok . so you want a cheesy gordita.. And i said.. no not the cheesy one.. I had mixed up the gordita with thechalupa.. Not a big deal.. but instead of taking the time to figure out what it was that i wanted.. she just left the cashregister and told one of the other employees to help me because she can't. This guy was super cool.. patient, and very polite. iwish I could remember his name.. But anyways.. i got my food. And at the same time, she came out on her break to eat. Obviously,taking her break and stuffing her face was more important than being polite to her costumers, and delivering good customerservice. I hope her boss can see this review, so that they know what kind of behavior this individual has when there is noauthority or responsible shift leader around to see this mess. Read more
Great customer service! I don't think I caught the name of the rep at the drive through this past Monday night but he was very... helpful and proactive - made an outsider feel welcome with the hostility. We ordered Soft Shell Potato Tacos, Bean Burrito andalso can't recommend the mango freeze enough. Will definitely visit again if ever in Buellton. Read more
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. I went on Saturday night and Ryan was at the drive through.... He was yelling at us through the intercom and was very unprofessional. He should be fired. If your having a bad day go home. Iam almost certain they did something to our food as well. Don?t come here. It?s disgusting.The employees won?t greet you, theyyell at you, and won?t respond to basic requests. Such incompetence. Read more
Soooo disgusting. I went to Tacobell today around 4 pm and no lie the cook didn't even bother making food. He just put cold... nacho cheese and fries in the container. He also served burnt/hard potatoes in the spicy potato tacos. I don't even know whyhe's working there when he's not even working. If you can avoid it then avoid it. Read more
I've always had issues with this location but cut them some slack previously. Today, I've had it. Mind you, it was only 3:30pm... today and there were no customers when I arrived. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I waited almost a full minute until I was"greeted". Every single time I go to this location, all of the employees have no personality, don't try to be pleasant, smile,or anything. They are not friendly or customer service oriented. Once I was greeted, I could hear the other workers in thebackground messing around, which is probably why my customized request wasn't heard correctly. I did not happen to look at theboard to make sure my order was correct, so that part is on me. But, I didn't realize how bad the food was until I was alreadycommuting home on my 30 minute drive. I ordered 3 Spicy Potato Soft Tacos and a Bean Burrito, no onion, add extra cheese andred sauce. The potatoes in my soft tacos were so old/hard, I thought I was going to chip tooth. The lettuce had a reddish tint,like when it's getting old. One taco had no sauce. The other way too much. The bean burrito tasted like it was just beans, nosauce or cheese. Once I got home, I looked at my receipt and the guy had put no onion or red sauce. The employees that workhere are all either teenagers or young adults. They do not possess any customer service qualities. I am a loyal Taco Bellcustomer and visit Taco Bell locations multiple times in a month. I will not go back to this location. They have a great selection of food items for a very reasonable price. The customer service is outstanding. I love Taco Bell!
All I can say is wow?horrible customer service and the management is completely incompetent. There is a major language barrier... with certain employees. This restaurant is falling apart?sad because it used to be good. It?s evident that the employees don?tcare at all about the service they provide. Read more
