They have a 2 meal deal for $5.99 each, I asked for a whopper meal and pointed at the special she looked at it and she asked if... I wanted cheese and I said yes, I ordered a 8 piece nugget and she said $11.72. Then she handed me two sandwiches wait onnuggets I asked for what happened to my fries and drink I reiterated that I asked for the meal and she said I ordered the justtwo sandwiches. So she then added fries and a drink and told me I had to pay $7.24 more. I asked why she called the manager andhe went with her, I asked how when the special says different. "Please drive up and wait" they said. Waited a very long time for our food while the restaurant had 5 employees working and one... patron in the dining room. The drive through was very slow and had perhaps 3 or 4 other customers. Finally someone brought outour food, but we waited again for the 6 drinks that came with our meals. I had to go inside to find out where our drinks were. Ihave never seen this place "busy" and I understand why as in my experience and opinion the service is absolutely terrible. Read more

This is the nastiest Burger King I have ever been in my life and I'll tell you why in some short sentences so you can understand... me better: *Poor management. *Ridiculous waiting time (almost 20 minutes for a burger and some fries) *Messed up orders. *Coldfood. *Old fries. *Nasty flavor. Love their burgers, simple menu and straight forward service, which can be dicy when they are short staffed. But tonight it... seemed to be fully staffed. Much nicer than when there are new inexperienced workers taking your order or using coupons. Read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NO ONE!!! Bread was moldy on chicken sandwich made us sick ruined our dinner after spending 30 on food.... Place has gone down hill. I think the need a visit from DOH Read more

Got to the speaker and they stated it was cash only. I did not have cash and there were 3 cars waiting behind me. Couldn't go... forward or back so instead had to wait 30 minutes stuck in a line with no ability to leave or purchase food. How about putting asign up so you don't hold others up too. Read more

This Burger King has the worse customer service of all the the BK I?ve been to. There can be only one car in the window and the... wait time is minimum 7 minutes, they cant never hear you on in the drive thru speaker, when I purchase mozzarellas sticks thecheese is hard as a rock most of the times. I don?t get how the owner operator or corporate has notice that this store isrunning like it is. The sad part for me is that it?s the most convenient location for when I get those once in awhile cravings. Read more

On last 3 visits consistently bad. Order messed up. I used the drive-thru. I got my order and someone else's order. Service... runs hot and cold. This seems to be a management problem. Last visit one employee walked out. Last visit ordered inside,small order, which did not come up as I waited 30 minutes! So much for "fast=food." When I asked where my order was? Thisafter orders taken before and after mine, were ong gone. No response. I told the employee to get the manager, who didn't ask ifhe could help me, he chastised me for telling the employee to go get him. Then he was patronizing and condescending. I askedfor my money back and he said he could not give it to me unless I gave him the change I got when I place my order, which was 13cents??? The franchisee owner of this Burger King needs to pay a visit, once in awhile. This is where the problem starts. Iwill not return to this Burger King, and may just go to their competitors who seem to have a better spirit of service. Read more
