I called the establishment for... help and asked for surveillance footage because the person who drained me for my money came from this location. They took moneyin small increments. Wish I could give them -0 stars. I just called them this morning 07/10/21 to clarify my Uber eats order that was charged and... later cancelled but realized these guys need to be educated on the online service they participate for. I, as a customer ordered6 FROZEN ready-to-bake pizza?s SCHEDULED to be picked up between 5:15 PM -5:45 PM. but these guys BAKED my pizza?s at 5:00AM!!why??? the guy said that they waited for an hour and then cancelled the order at around 6 AM!! Don?t you understand AM & PM?Don?t you understand FROZEN ready-to-bake? why would you bake them when I?m grocery shopping on your store for a frozen pizzaand not ordering hot food?? Please educate yourself on how Uber eats works. On every other weekends I practically order the samefrozen ready-to-bake pizza?s and pick up myself from other 7 eleven locations around me, but never ever had an issue with anyother location! But this was my first and the last location ever! Both of the indian dudes that work around 11 pm are sooo rude , literally no respect. Me and my friend always go after work and... they usually are kinda rude but today we went and they were beyond disrespectful, they yelled at us in front of all thecustomers for asking them if they can make some hot dog sausage because the one they had was burnt af . I think competitors are making the negative reviews, because I have been coming to this 711 since it opened, and have never... encountered a rude or inconsiderate clerk at this store. If the competition is so threatened by the good prices and wonderfulcustomer service, perhaps they should step up their game. Stop shunning the competition when you can do just as well by gettingoff your butt, and treating customers like they are the life blood of your business, because they are. Read more
I believe this was the place where my funds from my bank was stolen from a credit card skimmer. This was the last place I went... before coming to an urgent hospital visit, then 2 hrs after (still in the hospital) about $100 dollars was stolen from my bank.I know I barely use online shopping and the only thing I do buy online is only from Amazon. As this was the only placed ivisited that day, as i was practically at home all day. So I believe there was a card skimmer when I buying drinks and chips.Beware of inserting or swiping your card at the pump and at the checkout as they may not know it that it's there or they knowsomeone that places card skimmers while playing coy to everyone.
