Had a really good experience at this restaurant! Visiting Knotts for a family members birthday, and after a long day and had... checked in the Knotts Berry Hotel, we came here to eat. Kevin was an amazing server and gave my family and I the best service! Iordered the Italian Penne Pasta, and the others ordered the classic burger, chipotle sliders, and rib tips with fries. We've hit several of the Southland tourist hotspots in the last week. This was the best meal we've had on this trip. Way better... than the $101 pizza in Avalon and the $300 Mexican catering we had inland. The portions were generous and the flavors were bothdown-home comfort food and new, flavorful and unexpected. Knott's got its start as a restaurant around the corner servingchicken. It grew from there into a major theme park. Boysenberries are de rigeur flavor/component of Knott's dishes. I Read more
Experience was only for the breakfast buffet included with hotel - staff explained how the buffet worked, kept on top of our... drinks, helped clean up spills, and food was good!! I was impressed with the selection. I complemented the manager on such awell-run place. You cannot take breakfast back up to your hotel room, that's just policy. Read more
Went in and sat at the bar area. Just for appetizers and a drinks. Was completely ignored by the waiter. So asked to be seated... instead. Just so we can get something to eat and a drink. Waitress seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. Order our foodand drinks. After that never saw her again until the food arrived. Which I had a empty drink for like 10mins. Couldn't ask for arefill because our waitress must have got lost in the upside down or something. The food was horrible and unedible and toldher. she didn't even try to make it up or be apologetic. We were visiting our son, who was sharing this hotel, and we went to eat at your restaurant. I was quite surprised that they... kept us waiting for almost 40 minutes. despite the fact that they only had two or 3 tables occupied even after that. When Iasked the man at the door that my son had a serious operation and could not stand for a long time, nothing happened anyway. I came here with my wife and kids two days in a row, an evening for dinner and a morning for breakfast. I had the chicken pot... pie for dinner and it was one of the best dinners I’ve ever had from anywhere. Delicious, done perfectly, and great, attentiveservice with a smile. The breakfast could have been much better. The whole family had the buffet, and the hash browns, sausage,and bacon were all ice cold. The only thing that was warm was the scrambled eggs. Also, our waitress was very inattentive. Wehad to chase her down for everything. We even had to flag the manager down to get the check. Had dinner at amber waves and enjoyed the food, Worst breakfast buffet ive ever had. I booked the knotts berry farm hotel for... the buffet and the biscuits and gravy tasted like moldy cheese, everything else was soggy or cold. The hashbrowns where likerubber tires... will not be back to this for breakfast. Very disappointed. Read more
