Went through the drive-thru and the women working the window was very very friendly and thoughtful. She verified with me... multiple times what my order was... and had a friendly and inviting disposition. I don't live in the area, and was just grabbinga meal, before we head back home in the morning... I've had a long exhausting day, and she honestly put a smile on my face. This is the first time on this location that has happen to me as I come me and my spouce as regular costumers to be treated the... way the employee was treating us. I came to oder a classic chicken sandwich as well since you guys had apromo going on Frenchtoast 2x 6 bucks. Since you guys have a promo I also want to take that. At the beginning Jayleene had a attitude with people atthe driver thru trying to hurry them up on ordering so I don't know exactly what was her issue. Now that I oder this food shestate we don't have French toast for that price and i toll her well you have a sign on the window mix match on breakfast items.Then she responded say well we dont have it then I she say we do have it with regular price and I toll her again wait so youhave it but only regular price but you don't want to sell me those then that is false advertising. Her respond well I don't makethe signs with attitude she responded. Then I toll her you know what cancel my oder as I was walking away she was laughing atme. Now this is unprofessional from her ether she needs to find a career that suits her personality just because her action willnot make me come to this restaurant now as I live 3 minutes away. Over time, the service here is very poor. It has been a gradual downgrade, to the point me and my Roomate got food poisoning... here. Its very obvious their workforce is stretched thin, and short due to mismanagement. As when this incient took place, therewas no manager avalible convinently... The final straw was them refusing to correct an order that I was overcharged for. Theywould not budge on giving me what I wanted. Which was a refund, for their misrepresentation of their combos prices. They willcharge you full price for a combo, even if you substitute a different fries option or a drink for something else. Just a warningto those not informed. They will take full advantage of you and will charge you when they can. Read more
Seriously people, how difficult is it not to put cheese on a hamburger? It wasn?t a big huge complicated order, It was early so... there wasn?t a mad rush of people there, just a plain hamburger with meat and onion. Great service but the food not so much good. The famous star with cheese I asked for fresh and it supposed to be charbroiled but... it looks like it was cooked in boiled water no grill marks and it was medium cold not so much very fresh and the meat is a lotsmaller than it used to be lost a lot of its flavor than it used to be and the buns are a lot bigger now total differentexperience from years prior but cost more get less and less taste. But the onions were really good and fresh so is tomatopickles they changed not much flavor. Worst Carl's junior worst management and worst service by rude managers especially the older man with the mustash. One of the... rudest managers I've ever experienced. I go to a lot of Carl's and I normally get great service but this place they're nottraining people right and they don't even know the definition of a combo. And when They make a mistake ringing someone up theyblame the customer instead. I recommend to Drive 2 miles down the road to the brookhurst Carl's jr. Cheaper prices betterservice and less crowded. So Literally they said after I went through the drive-through a second time cause my order wasmissing an item,. they said to come around to the side door of the restaurant whixh I thought was strange , but I did anyway, I waited 10 To 15 minutes and they never acknowledged I was there and never got my chicken stars. If the owner of this location reads this,. you've lost a customer over your employees tonight . 1045 pm on nov 13th how they've treated me i won'tforget.
