I guess I Should have read all the HORRIBLE reviews on this place before going! This place has very poor management, when... people that show up an hour after you and get their food before you even get your food is not right! Then when you ask themanager about it, he didn't really seem to act like he cared. No customer service experience what so ever! He didn't even try tohelp resolve the issue. We asked for our money back and he asked us to get IN LINE to get our refund! Really? We have alreadybeen there for an HOUR! NO we won't wait! He has HORRIBLE customer service! He should not be a manager! We really respectedthis place when it was "Out of the Park" it is definitely not even close to the same experience!! Read more
We have had my grandsons birthday here.I love the space and the game room for the kids! Party packages are reasonable too.
The atmosphere is chill, they have a jukebox and the food is pretty good. The place can get pretty crowded and loud due to the... layout. The beer menu is surprisingly tame considering how many options they have on tap - not a lot of unique craft options.Prices are mostly reasonable. Haven't tried the arcade out but it seems pretty dope. Read more
I used to like this place, until I realize they consistently miss or messup orders during rush hours. The organization here is... very loose and it seemed that much of the staff were clueless when dealing with unique problems including alternative orderingoptions. Read more
This place is great for watching sports games while bringing your whole family including kids. They have an arcade room... available for the kids to entertainment themselves. They mostly sell beers. I asked for a Margarita, it was pretty good. Foodwas great. We had pizza and wings. We will definitely will be back another time. Read more
Friendly, cool looking place, but beer was flat, pizza wasn't fully cooked. I still had fun but idk what caused both to occur... maybe they were short staffed and they had not checked the beer. I will definitely be trying them one more time because it wasa cool place to have a party. Read more
