Worst customer service. A week ago, I had a yogurt smoothie (less sweet) and I loved it so much. So I came back today to order... the same thing. But the flavor was way off from the last time. The yogurt flavor was too weak and the taste was too watereddown. So I asked the casher to make it with more yogurt flavor. But the casher gave me a look like ?wtf? and scoffed at me andturned away from me. The other girl helped me but the attitude wasn?t nice at all. Their attitude was so rude and I feltdisrespectful. Whoever the manager or owner is, they need to give these workers a proper lessen how to treat a customer withsome manner. Read more
I wish I could put a zero on this rating. I ordered ahead of time by 20 minutes online. I arrived and my order wasn't ready.... They said they were still making it. They called the next 10 orders ahead of my order number without having my order resolved. I ORDERED BEFORE. HOW ARE ORDERS AFTER ME GETTING THEIRS BEFORE MINE. Trash company. Mediocre boba. Treat your customers withrespect and maybe you get repeats. I don't understand how that is acceptable when I ordered online to "skip the line" as youhave advertised. It was a terrible experience. One I will never spend money on again when there are unlimited better optionsacross the street even. Read more
Been coming here for few years now and everything seems to get more "budget" over time. Popcorn chicken use to come with sweet... and sour sauce and now it doesn't. Parmesan french fries smell like 99 cent powder cheese. Even the shaved ice no longer comesas presentational as it use to. Time to look for a new spot in the area. Read more
I like it, they have a lot to chose from. My only problem was i like my milk tea pretty sweet. Unlike other places they didn't... have a option to make my drink a tad sweeter. My boyfriend liked his drink though. Read more
It?s another boba time outlet. They have a decent selection of teas with choice of boba. Also they have smoothies, shakes and... frappe drinks. It is a good choice for afternoon breaks and dessert drinks. Plenty of free parking on the strip mall. Theyactually ran out of boba and just told me after I waited for the order for several minutes. This review is based solely on two visits in July 2020. It's Boba Time is serious about reducing the spread of COVID. First,... there is no indoor or outdoor seating, only take out. Second, every employee wears a mask, and you must wear one yourself toenter. Third, only one patron is allowed in the store at a time, with the queue continuing outside. Fourth, there are plasticshields that cover almost the entire counter. Fifth, cash is not allowed and the staff requires you to wipe down your creditcard before handing it to them. So yes, It's Boba Time is taking COVID seriously, and they should be recognized for it. Read more
