Terrible customer service. Lost my glasses possibly in the bathroom and asked one of the TEAM MEMBERS to check for me and was... put on hold for 1 hour... So this means no one could contact the restaurant in case of a REAL emergency because the TEAM MEMBERSforgot there was someone on the phone listening to them cackle in the background. No work or professionalism. Sad state ofaffairs our younger generation is and what a future for this country...???? Read more

Got a oreo shake and found something inside the shake as I was trying to enjoy it. A peice of plastic or wax and it was very... upsetting since I lost my appetite once I got it in my mouth. Please try and check cups and machines before making customerorders. Read more

Normally a quick food stop on my way towards LA. This stop took a bit longer last night. I saw three cars waiting for food on... the front of the store. I got my order quickly and checked it before leaving. Looked like I got waiting car number 1's order. Wegot it straight after 20 min and I was again on my way. Like I said normally a great place to stop. I'll give them a pass. Theywere very pleasant and apologized sincerely for the delay. Read more
