Food: I love the thin crust pepperoni and cheese pizza with garlic bread! The thin crust was crispy and hot. $8 pizza is worth... every penny. Service: The customer service can be better. I asked, "How are you today?" And the clerk replied, "What can I getyou?" ???? Improve customer service. Final thought: great pizza but the customer service can be better. Ordered crazy crust many times and the same worker never puts it on the order and doesn?t try to fix it or ask another worker... what it is when he doesn?t know what it is that I?m asking for. I?ve ordered it from there for years and got it right every timebut when it?s that worker it?s never right. Not the best employee working there and may even mess up other peoples orders aswell. Surprisingly good. Little Ceasars has definitely stepped up since the last time I had it. The pizza/Calzone was good hot, cold,... and the next day. Definitely recommend for a quick solution ???????? Read more
Generally I don't mind Little Caesars Pizza. It's inexpensive, and tastes good to me. I wouldn't call myself a pizza... connoisseur, I just enjoy a good slice of pizza. What I am a connoisseur of, however; is good customer service and how anestablishment treats it's customers.I wouldn't expect a teen at their first job to have much experience in customer service butI would expect a mature woman to treat their customers just a little bit better than I was treated. And nobody could explain tome why they had to charge extra to put the buffalo sauce on the side. Nothing really wrong with Little Caesars in Buena Park,but then again nothing really right either.I think in the future I'll have to find the next closest Little Caesars for that fix. Read more
Called and ordered a pizza and the girl didn't even put in the order. This isn't the first time this has happened to me and was... the reason I called before I drove in because its dinner time and its busy. The girl answering the phone was extremelyunprofessional just said hello and not even something along the lines of this is Little Caesar's at the very least. I even askedif I was calling little caesar's. Very disappointed in that this has happened to me several times now and not sure if I willcome back to this location. I love little caesar's and will drive to the other location which is a little further but never hada problem there. Read more
The toppings were very little, as some slices did not have all the toppings. They're not generous in ingredients/toppings. Crust... was uneven, it was like a thin crust. Read more
