I ordered a large pizza more than 30 minutes in advance and it was still not ready after 45 minutes had passed. Even worse the... bottom of the crust was completely raw and undercooked! I ordered extra toppings which was clearly ignored. I have ordered fromthis location many times in the past and this was my worst experience by far. There was only 1 employee in sight and it lookedvery understaffed. I really hope something is done to resolve this problem. Read more
They cancelled our Uber order 20 minutes after it was placed. They didn't try to contact us due to something being out of... stock. They were still accepting orders for 1 hour and 40 minutes when the order was submitted. Don't waste your time orderingfrom here. Read more

We order at least once a week. Always happy, friendly employees there to greet us at the door. Never had any issues. Pizza... always hot and correct. When we have hungry guests it is the first place we order food from. It is reasonable price andeverybody gets their own custom pizza. We love it!!!!! Read more
Raised Concern about the Pizza ?Seal? being broken. Was transferred to a manager at this location and was told that they break... the seal to check on pizza. That doesn?t make sense. This is not CDC protocol nor Pizza Hut Policy. I had a contactless deliveryand I was told I will not get a refund or anything unless I drove to the location. My pizza was cold and pizza lookedquestionable. I will not consume it. We are still in the pandemic and food is supposed to be sealed unbroken to insure safetyfor customers. My boyfriend and I decided to buy the heart shaped pizza from here on Valentines day to celebrate. It was delicious and had so... much meat on it. The staff at this location were extremely friendly and fast. Even though they were so busy I didn't even haveto wait long when I got there to pick up my order. Spent over $40 on pizza and drinks. I asked them for cups so I can have something to sip my drink out of and they don?t carry... any. Ridiculous how a restaurant doesn?t carry something as basic as cups when they mark up the drinks like 400 percent Read more
