We ordered several orders of the $99 chef's choice and one of my nephew and brother loved it. It was too much raw for me & if I... knew ahead of time I would have ordered separate rolls. There was one dish that my sis said looked like "brains" and i thinkonly my nephew tried it and did not really care for it. We’ve been here a few times, but we’ve only ever ordered the sashimi. It comes with A LOT of food. I think there are like... five courses. It’s such a good value for so much fresh seafood. Sometimes there’s a wait and it’s hard to find parking,but both aren’t a problem if you come a little early. Read more

Brought my beer and they brought it in about 3 or 4 minutes for me ordering with a cup of green tea that they bring for everyone... and a ice water finally. Ordered the beer and the hot sake. hot sake never came for 10 minutes so I told him just forget it. Hesaid they bring it with the meal. Which I finally got it was okay they give you one little cocktail napkin I asked for napkin ittook about 5 minutes I finally got more napkins. Food is okay same as everywhere else. When I got here there was only threeother customers at the same table they sat me back in the corner. The waiter has not asked me how anything was if I needanything else and I'm about done eating I'm here right now if they have any thing to say which I'm sure they will. I haven't gotthe check yet so we'll see how this goes I'm going to post this anyways. No I'm done waiting on check. Read more
We ordered medium sashimi combo. Good portion with lots of side dishes. Little pricy but not bad at all
Poor service. We were a party of 7. They did not bring one person’s dish (one that is extremely easy to prepare- soba noodles)... until everyone else had finished eating. We asked about the status of the dish 2-3 times while everyone else was eating and wewere told dismissively by the wait staff that it was coming. Finally, after everyone had finished eating, we asked again. Theserver said they forgot about it. (At least they were honest about it?) And finally a few minutes later brought it out.Thankfully other people in the party shared some food with this person so they were not just watching everyone else eat untiltheir food came. There was no apology or even recognition from the restaurant/wait staff that they had made a mistake or doneanything wrong. When I made a comment about this to the server, she said she would apologize to the individual. I thought thatmeant she might remove the charge for the late noodles. But that was not the case. Instead, she gave a cursory “sorry” tothe person who was left to wait nearly an hour after being seated. Forgetting one of the party’s food does not seem to be justa one-off incident of poor service. In general, other than to take our order and to bring out the food, the wait staff barelycame by our table. We will not be returning to Sapporo. Read more
