Paid $40 + for a small cheese pizza. Ordered a family combo. Got only a pizza. Restaurant blames it on door dash driver. Door... dash blames it on restaurant. Door dash credits me $10.39 on a $50 some dollar order. I don?t care if it is the best pizza inthe world? Cheese pizza with edible gold flakes as garnish should cost less. Care about your customers. My daughter earned one of the 7-inch personal pizzas through the reading programs at school. She said it was really really... good. Overall this location is kind of old, but the food quality is actually pretty good. The staff are quite friendly andattentive. They were doing their best to take care of customers and to keep the place clean. Shakey's menu has more than justpizza, their bunch-of-lunch is obviously a big deal. They have pretty good prices on Buffalo wings, I might have to try thosenext time. The only thing that's really kind of weird is they still have a half of an arcade with a prize counter and theparking is lame. Read more
I came here for my birthday weekend and I was pleasantly surprised how amazing the food quality was. I honestly thought it was... much better than Golden corral and hometown buffet. Every single dish was hot and they did not run out of food. I see the cookconstantly checking and replacing different pizzas. The manager of that store was very nice and welcoming. So sorry this review is being posted late. A huge thank you to Austin and the team at Shakey's in Buena Park. I had a lunch for... 50 people that had to be done asap. Austin didn't hesitate even after I called the wrong Shakey's. The food prepared was hot,delicious and put together in 45 minutes. They absolutely saved the day with smiles on their faces and pure customer service inmind. This was on Wednesday Sept 28th during peak lunch time too.
