The Subway is in General Good Quality Food & Service. I think that this Subway is Fair Level of the Subway's Quality. However,... other Two Subways around this Area are the One of the Worst Levels. So it would be 5 Star!! Anyway, this Store's Staff areFriendly & Polite. Are they the Basic Line for Customer Service, Aren't they? Read more

Tired of needing to wear a mask as people 6 feet from me chomping away on their food and breathing heavily but me walking in to... get a cup of soup for 30 seconds to a min then out. Nope cant do it, need a mask. Lost my biz. Havent been in a long time & iwork at two places near by and also live around the corner. I happen to come in to try again because i had gotten a gift card.Instead of just rewarping it, but that was a mistake. Companies that keep enforcing - Bye! Read more

First, I don't like Ross. But, I keep hoping. This day my wife & I stopped in since we were next door shopping anyway. The... giftware shelves where sparce and with the typicle one-of-each-item on display. Among the candles I spotted a half full sodabottle left among the merchandise. A few minutes later I spotted a half empty Starbucks paper cup on another giftware aisle. Atthat point, I picked up the coffee cup, went back two the candle section and put the soda bottle in my cart. And continued tolook for my wife so we could leave the store. That's when I spotted three random coat hangers laying on a shelf.one was broken.Those too I tossed in my cart wondering, where are the employees who should be policing the store? It's this type of neglectthat gives Ross it's dismal reputation in the retail industry. At one time, it was primarily the toy department that remained amess. Finally, someone took command and the store's toy departments improved. I recall how the moronic parents would turn theirchildren lose in that department while they shopped and never encouraged them to clean up prior to departing. I understand Ross'situation there. It made my frustrated level rise watching it happen however, when a pipe springs a leak, you can't just let itrun day after day. It must be fixed. Like the toy department. The rest of the store soon reflects the effects of management'slack of concern. As we left the store, I passed off the cart with the beverage containers & broqken coathangers to two RossEmployees, whom appeared to be possible management personnel(?) Who stood talking together at the entrance. As they received it,I stated, "Here, I just saved one of your employees a little work today as I cleaned off your selves for you." No, I didn'tstick around because they went on talking together as I exited the store. If this was a rarety at Ross, I wouldn't take thetime to write at length. The worst customer service ever. A server with red hair and long beard was so rude and kept sighing, rolled his eyes, and hated... being there (Robert). It was barley 10 am. The girl with him didn?t even acknowledge us either. She didn?t offer to take theorder seeing that she looked Hispanic and could?ve helped my dad (Spanish speaker) with his order. Do not come here. Horrible service and negative energy at this Subway location. Not going back..They also advertise a free cookie with the... purchase of a combo, but they never have cookies in the case. This is false advertisement. I never see cookies in the case wheni come to this location. I have also never received one with my serveral combo purchases.The managers response was oh well. Wow! This morning I purchased a combo and requested to upgrade the drink and the Manager said no. I offered to pay thedifference and the answer was still no. 1st off I was purchasing two meals and not getting the free cookie they advertisedagain. This is ridiculous this Subway is only about taking your money and not giving good service or catering to the customersneeds. Read more
