Always great food! The cheese curds and onion rings are the best in town. The burgers are excellent! The staff are always... pleasant and efficient. YES, you will have to wait a minute or more BUT that?s because you are getting fresh food and not something that?s been sitting under a warmer for 20 minutes ? to me it is more than worth the wait. They don't take mobile payments i.e apple pay or Google pay. It's 2022 what store doesn't take mobile payments. If you're smart... at all you don't even carry physical cards anymore. Everywhere takes mobile payments. I will not be a customer at this storeagain. Tell me your restaurants is ghetto without telling me your restaurant is ghetto. So pathetic. Read more

I loved their chicken tenders and their papa burger! I actually liked the root beer and I am not a root beer drinker. The only... reason I did not give 5 stars is I didn?t get my root beer float in a mug looking all fancy.. maybe that?s extra but my sisterhyped it up so much I was really was looking forward to it. When did they switch the root beer to real sugar cane? I was so excited for my kids to experience the real A&W root beer float... like when I was a kid and neither one of then would drink/eat it! I thought they were crazy until I tried mine and could barelydrink a sip of it. They didn't put ketchup or mustard on my kids burgers like I had asked. The staff was friendly. Read more
A great experience lately! Despite what I assume is a struggle with staffing, the employees they do have are always friendly and... helpful. It might not be the fastest, but worth the wait because our orders have been accurate and the food has been hot andfresh. A nice diversion from other fast food burger joints. Gross black stuff coming out of the fountain drink after I just told my husband this place feels dirty. Worker said they were... cleaned last week... lol another worker is on the back line eating.....gross????. No gloves. Overall food was good though -until i found a hair that wasnt mine in my burger. Wonder the cleanliness in the back looks like. Puke. Alot of money forcarelessness cleaning. Read more
