We were sat right away and service was perfect. The food came out hot and tasted fresh. Great experience.
Had 8 in our party, myself and wife and our daughter, son in law and 4 grandchildren. Told the wait was half an hour and we... waited. As a group of about 18 got up to leave, the wait staff cleared those tables and removed some. We were told we needed towait longer for a large booth to become available. We waited as they sat 1 table in front of us. They then cleared the boothtable and pulled a chair up to the table. This booth was not made for 8 and there were many cleared tables that we weren'tallowed to move to because they may need them. The tables were never used! We were crowded and it ruined our meal. Half priced apps are killer. A little misleading like you'd expect with a side note of what works with this half price deal and... what didn't. Came here late around 9:00 pm for a party of four. We were promptly seated and asked for our drink orders. Waitress was very... kind and professional. We ordered the two for $25 deal. And dessert. The two for $25 deal comes with an appetizer, we gotmozzarella sticks and boneless wings with sweet Asian pepper sauce. Everything came out in time and was hot. We ordered thebourbon chicken and the whiskey hamburger. Again everything was hot and to our liking. It was pretty much what you would expectfrom an Applebee's. It was not extraordinary but because of the cleanliness, the kindness of the waitress and the efficiency ofthe place was excellent, food was decent, I give it 4 stars. Read more
Came here with family for my Birthday..Great waiter, new what everyone ordered without writing it down..Really? That alone, is... something great. Food was wonderful..I had steak and shrimp, steak was done, just the way I like it.. veggies were hot, saladwas crisp and fresh..nothing to complain about. Staff was 5 stars, food was 1. Ordered a club, came with white bread, shredded iceberg, and the mayo tasted like 1000 island. To... be fair it was July 4th and I figured the corporate owners gave 0 Fs about their staff, and I wasn't wrong. But hey, it was theonly thing open. Read more
Curbside to go took 20 mins after I showed up. Witch if the apps going to tell me what time to show up a little off is fine but... 20 minutes? Then have customization on the app to make it my way and none of them where followed. Then the fries looked lessfilled then McDonald's. I will not be ordering curbside to go again or be coming back anytime soon. Read more
Sometimes wait staff is slow, however may be short staffed also. They change there menu quite often. Love the oriental chicken... salad. Yummy. Perfect Margarita's are great. Read more
