Being from the west coast of Canada, Culvers doesnt exist to me. I stopped here with some local friends and Serenity helped me.... When i say helped i mean she really did all the leg work. I was as indecisive as ever and she took more time with me to go overthe menu to ensure the best experience. She didn't lose her temper at speed of decisions and kept a great positive attitude aswell as checked on me during my meal. Serenity is an MVP and an all-star for Culver's. Read more
Usually pretty satisfied with this location but my wife and I?s burgers were both bright pink in the middle this time. Note the... bottom patty in the picture provided. Pretty disappointed. Food safety should be the #1 priority. Read more
The Manager Jeremy was fantastic! Best customer service ever! I had ordered a Cod fish dinner a few weeks ago, and some of the... fish wasn't done. I came back and explained my issue to Jeremy.
