We order from our local JJs quite often. 90% of the time the order is wrong, we have never been refunded, we have never been... compensated for errors. We order and pay for bacon, 90% of the time we don't get bacon. Today I got bacon, but neither of oursandwiches had cheese on them. How hard is it to make a sandwich? I understand errors from time to time, but seriously this isridiculous. Seriously need to add some quality control to the process. Read more

I said no mayo. They gave me mayo and I?m allergic to mayo thank god I check before I eat it?. I just threw it away I?m never... coming back?. On top of that you pay 10 bucks for a sandwich thinner than my wallet. Read more

I placed an order for delivery online through the app. Within 1 minute, the store called to say they didn't have any drivers and... asked if I would like the meal refunded or if I could come to pick it up. I told them I could pick it up (it would be ready in 5minutes). Picking up the order was fine, except I was never apologized to about having to pick up my sandwich (I even told themI had ordered for delivery but was told I needed to pick it up). Once I got back to work, I looked at the receipt and it showedI had been charged the $4 delivery fee, so I called to see what they could do. Again, no apology, but someone got on the phoneand said they would cancel my online order and just re-enter the order without the fee. They had to call back a minute laterbecause they hadn't taken my card information during the last phone call. Still no apology. I didn't mind having to go pick upmy sandwich, I understand labor shortages are hurting everyone, but what bothered me was the lack of empathy from the workers(and even the manager I spoke to). *They were also out of BBQ chips that I had ordered online, but I wasn't made aware until Ipicked up my meal. I have scheduled lunch 3 different times at this buffalo location and all three were over an hour to two hours late-past the... scheduled time, not one of the sandwicheswere actually correct. I had to call each time, they never even acknowledged theirmistake once or fixing it (and it was documentedon the receipt). I would avoid this location 100%. The only reason I've goneback is because it is one of 2 places that delivers to my work. I guess there is only one now. Read more

Intentional Horse s... service becaue we ordered 30 mins before they closed. We apologize to inconvenience you with our two... sandwich order. Pre ordered food for a field trip today. Nothing in the order was correct as for what we added to oursandwiches. Sad really and quiet petty to ruin a kids day because you're so small minded.! Read more

This is one of the worst jimmy johns. I?ve had nothing but problems here. Ive had delivery orders take over an hour. One time... they delivered to the wrong house and said they would give me a free sandwich and to just give my phone number the next time Iwent there. They told me there was nothing under my number for a free sandwich and I was not able to get one. One time theyasked me to repeat my order multiple times, I order a basic menu item, and it wasn?t even close to being correct. Recently, Iplaced an order on their app for delivery. It had been over an hour, so I called and they said they were no longer doingdeliveries, and apparently they don?t call you tell let you know??? You?re just expected to wait for a sandwich that?s nevercoming??? I asked to be refunded since the money was taken out of my account, they said they would speak to a manager, themanager said that he already took care of it. Several days later and the money is still not in my account. If management tookcare of it, they should know that they need to call the customer to inform them that they are not doing deliveries at this timedue to staffing issues. Or maybe do something so customers aren?t able to place delivery orders??? Today, I went there and askedfor chips. Got home and I had no chips. My receipt said I paid for them. If your order gets messed up, which it will, don?t evenwaste your time trying to get it fixed. Read more

The 2 people working tonight were so amazing!! I had a big order and They took extra time to label everything, and were very... friendly! He made really nicely looking arrangements for the pickle buckets too! I brought it home and everything was perfectand how it was supposed to be, EXCEPT, why, why Why when we say extra extra extra onion don't people understand that you wanta lot of onions? The guy that was in their cut up a whole onions special for me! I don't think the gal that was working thereunderstood That I truly wanted a lot. So I was disappointed in mine but everybody else loved theirs and they still did a reallysuperior job. THANKS BUFFALO JJ'S!!!!!! Read more
