Short staffed like all other restaurants especially fast food. Be patient, staff working hard to make customers happy. My crispy... chicken sandwich and double quarter pound hamburger was super good. I eat here at least 2x per week. Also, love you guys! Read more
Had to wait for half an hour after going through both drive thrus to get a mobile order since the lobby was closed. They lost... the order after we explained we were already charged for it. By the time they realized it had been sitting out the whole time,it was cold. When we got the order, we were missing several items in it. Read more
I don't mind going to fast food places to grab a quick meal. However, with this new "normal" there's NEVER an employee at the... register to take your order. It doesn't matter which McDonald's you decide to enter. It's always the same. They want you touse the kiosks or mobile ordering. If they're raising the prices on ALL food items, they can at least have someone availableto take our order. I'm not singling McDonalds out. ALL fast food chains seem to be following this model. All I wanted was a water and while waiting AT the register/counter NOBODY came up to ask if I needed anything and one employee... walked right by me and didn?t even look in my direction. I wasn?t going to yell considering they?re working, but it is their joband there?s nobody in the restaurant or drive thru. Our food was placed on the table and not walked to us - I understand if itwere busy, but again, nothing was going on. I?m not sure if this location doesn?t do that, but I would assume the table tentsexist for a reason. While ?waiting? for my water, I heard people talking and laughing?rather than helping a customer. What can I say ? fast hot and cheap compared to other places. Ice cream ???? is always a great choice too. My favorite place to... quickly grab something that I know will be good on the go. Read more

This visit wasn't magical like a Disney World vacation, but it was the drive thru and I got everything I expected from... McDonald's. In fact, I don't know that I could have wanted more without being completely unreasonable. Food was hot, consistent,and exactly what I ordered; there was a small line but service was prompt and courteous. Will be back. Read more
