5 stars just because of our server. Her name is Nevaeh! She is absolutely wonderful! Super accommodating with seating and food... requests. The best server we have had in a long time! It was short staffed so she was doing everything when we were there wetold the general manager how amazing she was and ran to grab cash after our meal to tip her extra so it doesn?t get taxed andthe manger was literally mad at us when we came back and asked for her by name. She said she was doing a task for the manger andshe?ll be out when she is done we just wanted to hand her a 20$ bill for going above and beyond! So we waited for a bit. I knowthe managers new and not from the restaurant business but come on we?re just appreciating your amazing employee. Maybe she wasjust too stressed to handle and simple request. Food was good! Moved to Buffalo a few months ago and this is the second time coming to this Perkins. The first time the food was good, but the... service was horrible. They don?t follow up after your food is delivered and generally don?t act like they care you are there.Extremely indifferent. Today we went back and stood in line and waited going on 15 minutes to be seated. There was peoplewaiting just as long up at the counter to pay. Decided at that moment that Perkins Buffalo is not for us and we won?t be back. Please spend some time working your staff on customer service. Read more
Service is horrible, food was not even hot upon serving it at the table. Waitress forgot many of the food items, never came to... check on the table top of of 4 during the entire visit. Order was sent back to remake as it came out cold, waited 20 minutes forremake and you can clearly tell all the cook did was rewarm the same order. Brought issues to managers attention and managertried to argue with customers. I'm a chef by trade and I will not eat at this place again. Absolutely horrible customer serviceand food sucks. Sat quick. Food came quickly, and was good. Servers were friendly.
This is the third time in three months in which we waited for a half hour or more before a waitress came. Today we were given... our drink by another waitress and no one else came. We left at that point. There is never anyone who is dedicated to takingmoney to pay for bill or seat someone. The waitress?s are running their buts off trying their best. They need people to bus thetables and not depending on the waitress to clear them. This Perkins is the only one we have issues with, we can go to Plymouthand Monticello and have great service. My mom and I ate here today 7/13/21 between 6:30pm- 7pm. Was not busy. Food was barely warm. Coffee was decent. Server was... pleasant. She didn't ask if we'd like a refill on our drinks. Didn't ask if we wanted to- go boxes. Flys flying around ourtable. Carpeting and entrance floor to kitchen is nasty. No recommendation to eat here any time soon. You can't see how darkstained the carpeting really is and there's tons of black spots on the kitchen floor entrance. Had to ask for a bag for my to-gomeals.
