Ordered a chicken strip basket and there was a spider in it. Yuck!
Burger was WAY overcooked. Chewed like rubber. Meat tasted "funny". Fries were extensively heat lamp tortured, I'm sure they... confessed to their crimes long before being served. Banana split was ok, but expensive, and small. I guess it's hard toovercook ice cream. Read more
The customer service is a joke. I order a hamburger with everything on and mayonnaise & mustard with no cheese. I also order two... blizzards and French Fries. When I got home my burger was not what I ordered. I call to speak the manager and he was acting likehe couldn?t hear me but heard what I saying because I heard him just fine.
