Good food but check your order before you leave. May not get what you paid for.
Ordered a chicken strip basket and there was a spider in it. Yuck!
Burger was WAY overcooked. Chewed like rubber. Meat tasted "funny". Fries were extensively heat lamp tortured, I'm sure they... confessed to their crimes long before being served. Banana split was ok, but expensive, and small. I guess it's hard toovercook ice cream. Read more
The customer service is a joke. I order a hamburger with everything on and mayonnaise & mustard with no cheese. I also order two... blizzards and French Fries. When I got home my burger was not what I ordered. I call to speak the manager and he was acting likehe couldn?t hear me but heard what I saying because I heard him just fine. Delicious place to stop for food and ice cream!
I've always been a fan of Dairy Queen. This review is not so much about thus particular location as it is about the ice cream... we got here. The girl who waited on us was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and pleasant. But thesoft serve ice cream that we had tasted like it was some sort of frozen artificial Cool Whip. It was terrible. I assume thatthis is the new Taste of Dairy Queen. We will try once more, maybe at a different location, and if it is the same taste as wehad here, Dairy Queen will no longer be one of my favorites. Why? why ever time I go here my order sucks. Either it?s wrong completely or skimpy. It?s almost $10 for this, it?s no a kids... meal. Hate this place worst restaurants in Buffalo hands down. They always have people pull aside in the drive through; for acouple second wait. Staff is never friendly. If you hate your job why did you apply. Read more
