Went to subway today and have not been there in awhile due to poor service last time I was there but very glad I went in today... the ladies working were excellent and extremely helpful plus the food was awesome!!! Keep up the good work! Read more

If... no, when! they go out of business, I will not have to ask why! We drove through at 7:05 on Tuesday evening, June 14,... 2022, and there were no other vehicles in the drive through or in the parking lot. The guy who was supposed to take our order atthe post was VERY rude, and attitudinal! He refused to accept an order for one sandwich all the way through, but demanded thatwe give him the breads for all sandwiches, then the meats for all sandwiches, then the cheeses for all sandwiches, etc. Just assoon as a word was out of our mouth in answer to his query of what specific item for the next sandwich, he demanded, ?and thenext sandwich??, sometimes even interrupting our answer to say it. Again, please note, there was absolutely NO other customers,either in store or in the drive through, so there was no excuse for such rude, brusk, and demanding attitude. I asked him toplease give us a moment, and he replied, ?I wasn?t rushing you!?, very loudly and rudely. As we were trying to give an order formultiple people in the vehicle, by the time the cheese option was demanded, my husband asked if we could please just finish thefirst sandwich order all the way through before moving to the next, to avoid confusion. The guy replied, ?No. It is just like ifyou came in the store, we do all of each item for all the sandwiches first.? I have honestly not been in a store that operatedthis way... sandwich #1 bread is moved along to the next station, along with customer #1, and then meat, cheese, veges, etc.,progresses through the line for sandwich #1, regardless of what stage the next sandwich is in. We finally left because the guywas so rude. There are WAY too may food choices in the little town of Buffalo, for this attitude and rudeness to fly. Again,when they close, I won?t have to ask why! I've never been in Subway since it opened its new store. I think I drove thru the parking lot. I'm sure it's fine but I wish you... had to enter a business before Google asks you to review! Read more

Orders all messed up. Left message for manager and they still haven't responded in over a week. One employee acted like she... didn't even want to serve us and messed the orders up. Sad for the "new" Subway. One gal working there was doing her best to bea good employee and covering all the bases, "Bella" thank you for being a good worker! Read more

Not sure why everyone is so pressed about time. You went to a sandwich shop where they make it fresh...... Its going to take... more time. Also. The customer service is excellent when its deserved. If you, as a customer, are rude or hateful chances are theperson working isnt going to be pleasant to you. Either way. Great food. Horrid customers. Clarissa, autumn, and mike areamazing! Read more

I came in during the lunch rush and thought about going somewhere else because I didn?t want to wait! I?m sure glad I did!!... Immediately I saw them kick into high gear and knock out the line faster than I have ever seen. Sitting here watching themstill in a rush , this team knows what they are doing! Mike and Clarissa go above and beyond to display customer service and themanager Autumn, well I wish we had room in our organization because she is the perfect example of managing by leading. Definitely digging the upgraded location. It's bigger, has a drive thru, and way more parking. It's handicap accessible too. ... It's Subway, same sandwiches, better location. Read more
