Best pho broth in Buffalo. They have the perfect rice noodles also, not the thin vermicelli that gets bloated quickly. Also... accommodating on the special requests (i.e. no bean sprouts, extra basil). Highly recommend with a jalapeño or two and somehoisin. VERY good cold vermicelli noodle dishes.
