I?ve enjoyed Allentown for their pizza. I?ve ordered takeout mostly. Today I ordered a vegan pepperoni and cheese. It?s... obviously going to look differently than a regular pepperoni. This however tastes like cardboard and looks horrible. I?m onlygiving a 3 because I?ve enjoyed the other food. Cheese is going to look different as it?s vegan but this pie is mostly bread.Stick to non vegan options. Read more
I was really excited to try this place based on the website and reviews, I was going for the vegan options and my boyfriend for... the other choices. We both got a small pizza, and we?re both sorely disappointed. It took way longer than anticipated to receiveour order, the dining room they have is filthy (literally the tables were sticky to the touch), and the pizza was sub par to saythe least. It?s great to have vegan options, but this is barely an option. The dough was undercooked, barely any cheese and theseitan was watery & just rolled in some ?Italian? spices. My boyfriend was also very disappointed in his taco pizza. The doughwas also undercooked, the toppings were all lackluster. We both are pizza lovers and can eat any pizza but this one is going inthe garbage. Please don?t waste your time if you?re looking for quality vegan options. Even though there are other options for vegan pizza in Buffalo, this is still my #1. The BBQ seitan is fantastic, the wings are... great, the varieties are plentiful. In the 10+ years I haven't been eating meat, I haven't found a seitan pizza I like more thanthe pizza from here. Highly recommended. Read more
BEST VEGAN PIZZA? period!!! Late night spot in Allentown with a full VEGAN pizza menu. BBQ vegan Hawaiian chk?n pizza was the... bomb dignity. My wife ordered the VEGAN STEAK PIZZA and it was on point. Cooked fresher to order and so tasty. ALLENTOWN has allkinds of pizza and other late-night snacks, but the fact that they had a whole vegan menu ? we will definitely be back. This pizza was pretty good from a fairly hard critic on vegan pizza. I was impressed with the flavors in the sauces and the... crust was pretty darn good. I would definitely go there again. The vegan wings were so so but I did have them in the car for awhile and then I oven bake them at home I probably dry them out too much so I have to Discount this off of my review. Allentown pizza is the best pizza for vegans in Buffalo. Flavors never disappoint. Try the seitan pineapple bbq, pickle, big... Mac, or taco pizzas. The fries there are also crispy, delicious, and a good size order. Always terrific service. Customer for 4years running. Read more
Pizza was outstanding. It had lots of flavor and had fresh amazing toppings. Pizza had a good crunch to it and had a fresh... garlic taste as well.
