I got this pizza yesterday and am still thinking about it; I love you guys. I'm going to miss you when I move????
Used to be the best place to get pizza, now they never ever answer the phone. No matter if it's 2 in the afternoon or 8 at night... and there quality has gone significantly downhill. My pizza is either rushed, burned on the top and raw on the bottom or burnedall together. I'm super disappointed because this used to be my absolute favorite spot and now I can never even get though togive them another chance. Read more
Hands down. The best bread sticks in WNY!!! Side note: Bella Pizza has a med sauce that is absolutely amazing. This is not your... everyday medium wing sauce. The name does not do it justice. Pared with the bread sticks I could die a happy man. Go Bills!!!! Read more
We had the family get together to eat Buffalo chicken pizza. Only problem is? they forgot to add chicken on it lol. When we... called to basically say we?ll pay extra to get chick on our chicken pizza lol. The manager got offensive and rudely said that?I?ll refund you your money but we will block your number and won?t let you do business with us again?. Have you heard anythingso ridiculous before? If you want to have a chicken pizza or decent customer service then don?t come here. The manager was extremely rude to my... younger brother who politely said they forgot to put chicken on the chicken pizza and the manager said ?I?ll refund you yourmoney and we won?t do business with you?. Talk about terrible choices. Extremely unprofessional and could care less about theircustomers. I told my brother to hang up and let them keep the money because we are never going back again anyways. The food here is good?WHEN THEY MAKE IT CORRECTLY!! My family orders from here on a weekly basis sometimes more than once a... week. Pizza is always good, the wings are always good, chicken fingers are always good etc. However whenever I order a sub andask for no cheese, they put cheese on it, no exaggeration?EVERY TIME!
