Well. I worked in food Industry yrs ago. We go to this Burger King alot when we can. We walk so gotta sit in.. Today they were... short staffed they said .. Well All the Tables were Dirty , Floor was sticky in spots , stuff spilled on floor. We asked to havesomeone wipe table down and no one came . Manager was told put her coat on to leave n walked out... That's NOT HOW YOU MANAGE APLACE.. IF A CUSTOMER ASKED YOU FOR SOMETHING WHICH WOULD TOOK NOT EVEN A MIN , YOU FIND AWAY N DO IT . THERE WERE 2 IN FRONTONE IN DRIVE THROUGH N THE MANAGER .THAT LADY MANAGER SHOULDNT BE MANAGER IF SHE DOBT KNOW HOW TO BE A MANAGER N TREAT HERCUSTOMERS RIGHT, AND KEEP A CLEAN PLACE..WOW NEVER WAS LIKE THAT.. I ordered a whopper meal a large got a large cup for my drink also, I ordered from some girl than she leaves the counter to... clean the lobby, and some other girl gets my fries and sandwich while handing it to me so goes a whopper w small fry... I go Iordered a large meal she gets me a large fry I go is it a large she tells me yeah it's a large fry... I get home my sandwich isa whopper Jr she knew that but didn't switch the sandwich...sketchy person waiting on me today at this location. Ripped me offwhopper Jr isnt a large whopper. I try not to be that person but I lived in the area for 7 years and would grab an ice coffee on my way to work and I preferred... ice coffee from Burger King over Tim?s because it was always so perfectly made and well blended over the past year the producthas not been the same or they are out of it. one time I was told they didn?t make it at this time lol it was 6pm when I normallygrab it on my way to work, so I?ve slowly stopped going and would drive all the way out my way to Starbucks. Every now and thenI would still crave the ice coffee I once knew, like today smh horrible I asked the cashier why did it look so white sheresponded by saying ?it?s vanilla? , I?m like ok ?but it never looks like this? she looks at me like I?m crazy I proceed totaste it and just as I thought it tasted only like the milkshake product that is used to make it?. So disappointed this coffeeliterally would make my day but now I have to completely cut them off???? please retrain the staff !!!! Read more
This place is always filthy. Garbage bags are NEVER changed from cans outside and there is always garbage blowing everywhere... around them outside. Every time I go in there a bunch of younger employees are just talking and walking around, or literallyjust standing there while customers wait in line looking at each other and carrying on with conversations. I wasted 20 minuteswaiting in line, watching other customers step to the side one by one forming another line while waiting for their orders whileemployees didn't even bother to acknowledge customers standing right in front of the register. Morning crew is decent. Lunch/dinner is another animal. Minimum 10 minuets in drive thru. 8 times out of 10 food is wrong order... or just not made to order. Read more
Slowest Burger King, correction slowest fast food place I have EVER been too. 25 min for a kids meal and 8 chicken nuggets, ... only 1 car in front of me, and then they messed up the kids meal and had to ask me what was in the bag! Just go to a differentlocation. Read more
Normally I never have an issue here and everything runs smooth no issues. Tonight was not the case however. There were 3 card... ahead of us initially, which didn't take TOO long. Once we got to the window we paid, then sat there waiting for at LEAST10minutes. No one told us why or what was going on. If we hadn't already paid we would have just left. When we got our food atleast it was piping hot. Once we got home to sit down? The sandwich, I'm assuming which we were waiting for, wasn't even one weordered. We never even received a receipt to be able to go back or to call and seeing as it's 11pm we definitely aren't makingthe trip back. Read more
