For this store to just open, I really appreciate yous effort, trying to satisfy this area with great customer service &... Food.... You guys are doing a AWESOME job, but this area has self ENTITLED people, the customers are very rude, and I trulybelieve you should not service these RUDE PEOPLE.... I WITNESS A WORKER CRYING IN THE BATHROOM AFTER BEING BELITTLE FOR TRYINGTO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY AND SATISFY.... Nice place good food however they don't have people taking orders with the pad on both sides so if you do go. don't go to the... outside lane because you will be waiting a very long time to order food. we waited there about 40 minutes while the inside linekept flying through it was incredibly aggrivating. Had breakfast today, biscuit chicken sandwich, very tasty chicken and biscuit didn?t fall apart. The peppermint shake very good.... We had a grill chicken with egg white on English muffin. This was very good. What is very nice is the people. Having a friendlyperson talk with me and take my order. If the other large corporations would take this seriously there business would improve. Even if it looks like the drive thru is super long it's not bad at all, they get u in and out pretty fast.. It's totally worth... it, the chicken is amazing and don't skip the waffle fries.. Oh did I mention the dipping sauce choices!!!! Lots of stars fromme ???????????????????? Read more
I think some of these reviews are incredibly ridiculous. This is a brand new establishment with brand new employees. They had to... close immediately after opening due to the snow storm. There are going to be mistakes, long waits, etc. They are still trying tofind their groove. If it?s still like this in 6 months, by all means, leave a bad review. I?ve never been to a fast foodestablishment that doesn?t Jack up every order. I?ve been to this specific restaurant several times, while there were waits andfrustrations, it?s completely understandable right now. I wish some of y?all understood how detrimental bad reviews are to abusiness that someone has taken the leap to open, especially when they aren?t even 30 days old.
