Chipotle food is quite tasty, but on this particular day at this store, the cleanliness was severely lacking. All someone needed... to do is come out from behind the counter and attend to the tables as they were filthy from customers. There were no napkins inthe dispensers. The iced tea container was bone dry. My wife told me that the bathroom was dirty and unattended as well. Foodhowever, was delicious and adequately portioned. Counter person was polite and friendly. I'm not usually one to complain, but this was my worst experience at aChipotle that I've ever had. Ordered kids meal along with... mine, and my kids were so disappointed when they saw them. Only rice and a shell with barely melted cheese, no beans or fruitlike requested. Overall a very poor visit, the food was not what you usually get when visiting Chipotle, and the dining areaneeded attention. Read more

Chipotle used to be one of our favorite places to eat. I hadn't been there in quite some time and was highly disappointed with... the quality of the food. The chicken in my bowl was quite spicy and everything else in the bowl had no taste at all. I washighly disappointed and made effort to contact the local store as I'd spent almost $30 to have this meal with a friend of mine.Her opinion of the meal was the same as mine tasteless and the chicken was overly spiced. I was highly disappointed and couldnot get a human at the location to share this information with. With all the places to get a meal it's unlikely that I will goback there. My friend and I came to this location earlier today and right off the bat we noticed that majority of the staff was just... standing around while one person made everyone?s bowls. Since there was only one person making food instead of the typical twoor three it took way longer than usual. This employee was also giving barely any food and everyone in line had to ask for morebecause the scoops were not even close to half full. I got a chicken bowl with a small side of chips and queso and guac. Theguac cup was not even half filled and when I reached checkout I was charged for a large chips and queso instead of the small Iordered. I was met by attitude from the employees as I was told that the reason I was overcharged was because they gave me alarge bag of chips. I did not ask for a large bag of chips and they were reluctant to give me my partial refund because of theirmistake. Usually I?m in and out of chipotle within 5 minutes but I was in there upwards of 15 minutes because of the staff. Thefood at chipotle is usually pretty consistent in taste but my whole bowl lacked flavor today as well. I?m not typically one toleave a bad review but I found the overall experience unacceptable and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more

I arrived at this location to pick up my mobile order , i work in fast food and understand that your mobile order is not always... ready when it says it will be, i had ordered two things , for two dinners , my one entree was missing the corn salsa, i thoughtno big deal cause my other entree had it, the next day comes and i go to enjoy my next entree and the bowl looks like it wasthrown around and someone ate out of it , everything was slid to the side and there were bits of rice still stuck to the bottomand it literally looked as if someone ATE half of my bowl, now i understand this might not be the case but if you think about?smoothing? the bowl out so that it doesnt look half eaten , its a skimpy portion and paying almost $10 for a bowl you wouldexpect it to be more then 1/2 full Read more

Went for chicken bowl and quacamole and chips ! Was hardly any chips and chicken everything else was plenty and good! Was... different since covid specialty the lack of chips! Thank God the quacamole was still great Read more

The Chipotle on Milestrip is the WORST!!! Today was the second time in a month I have been there and it was a disaster both... times! I definitely will not be going back. A few weeks ago I went in to order and we were told you had to go online and orderbecause the registers were down. I ordered then came back to pick it up 15 minutes later and the whole place was shut down. WhenI knocked on the door a worker just pointed at a sign with a number to call for a refund. Today I went in and the place wasfilthy and there was a sign on door saying they were closing early. I was able to order unfortunately. I added on a Coke and itcame out clear when I went to fill it. I told the cashier who had no idea what she was doing and the manager said someone wouldfix it. She never called for anyone and made no attempt to fix it or offer me a refund(there is no longer a cooler with bottleddrinks to even offer a replacement)so I just ended up walking out without the drink I paid for. The need a complete overhaul orthey should just shut down this location! Read more

I visited the Milestrip location in Blasdell, NY on 6/13/2022. This location is absolutely filthy and there is no management. ... Tables are never cleaned, trash all over the floor, trash overflowing from every garbage can, cupboards not wiped down, and thebathrooms are disgusting. The staff is lazy and rude. Even though they are all young kids, they have no work ethic and shouldall be out of a job. When I ordered my meal all 3 employees on the line had major attitude issues. I ordered a salad and when Iwent to check out I was made aware they were out of dressing AFTER my salad was already made. Who eats a salad withoutdressing? So, I paid for it and just threw it away. Honestly I didn?t want to eat anything from this place anyways with howdirty the front of the restaurant is, I can only imagine how dirty it is where the food is prepared. This place is a healthrisk and the health department needs to be made aware. Read more
