JP made our experience at Dave and Buster's much more enjoyable and memorable. We had a great time and were very happy with our... experience. However, we left behind a valuable item in our booth and we are from out of town. JP asked the staff to find it,which they did. He shipped it to us and we had our forgotten item by the next week. Awesome Dave & Buster's location! Tons of games... almost twice as big as my hometown location. We went on Wednesday where games... are half price and was surprised by how busy this location was. Food was great and overall we had a great experience. My onlyhiccup was trying to get a beer at the bar. My first stop, a barback pointed me out to a server where I wasn't even greeted orspoken to. I literally ordered a beer and payed without a word said to me. This happened not only once, but on my 2nd visit tothe bar. I was just basically asked if I wanted the same thing, but seemed like I was bothering a bartender trying to leavetheir shift. Overall the experience was great, the bar was the only weak point of the whole experience. Facilities were clean,bathrooms were clean, games were working in overall condition; I was bit disappointed that there were no stools for a few gamesincluding my favorite Stark Trek game. Please provide stools to sit on with tables for drinks to set near the bestselling/grossing games like the Star Trek game. Overall 4 out of 5! Read more
I went to this location yesterday, 4/24 during lunch and the food & service were absolutely horrible. We were seated right away... but waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come over and take our drink order. There was 4 of us in total, 2 kids (6&9) and 2adults. She came back 15 min later with 3 drinks … and only one drink in a kids cup. Returned another 10 min later with mywater and another kids cup and put our food order in. We ordered nachos, chicken tenders, a kids hamburger meal and the Phillycheesesteak entree. The tenders were an extremely small portion & the carrots on the plate were shriveled up as if they had beensitting out for days. The chicken was also super rock hard & dry, the manager came over & offered to place another order for usfree of charge however, even the 2nd order of chicken tenders were still dry and hard. The nachos (pictured) literally arrivedto our table looking like this and had basically zero toppings. The Philly cheesesteak entree was never rung in and came outlate, had a very small amount of veggies included & the bread was over toasted. Our server never came back to check on us orrefill drinks once we got our food either. The manager ended up taking off the nachos & tenders from our bill but I was stillextremely disappointed in the service and other items we ordered, everything should’ve been comped! Servers are really slow to come back and check on us. We've been flashing them down for over a half hour even after getting... their attention we are still waiting. We were celebrating my daughter's 16 birthday. She was upset is taking so long for us toorder ice cream to go with our cake. Not sure at this point if we even Want to wait anymore. Read more
Gonna only review the food. It was surprisingly really good. I mean, you don't expect to go there and eat top-notch cooking but... nah, they did infact deliver. Hello World, David Buster's is an awesome place to go. Even though it's for the kids the kid in this adults also have a fun... laughing happy time as well. Yes the children play the games but we as parents also play the games too and there are times wehave family bond and moments which is a great thing to increase our family communication Bond and love. The food at Davidbusters is pricey, but a good. I that food should go down only because the more the food go down the more the people will comebecause now they can play more games and feel like they are winning when they're losing if they didn't win any games lol. Great place to go and play games with my daughter. She's 18 and still loves to go here with her dad. Games can be expensive so... here's my trick. Look for coupons or deals on tokens b4 you go and then go on a Wednesday when games are half price, food anddrinks are also but I've never eaten there. We save up tickets we one from games that way we can cash them in for the betterhigher priced prizes in the gift shop. Read more
