Recently purchased a membership - got in clear and came out with dents on my hood. Requested a claim and review - sent a letter... saying how immaculate the services at DeltaSonic are - with no photographs or snaps of surveillance footage to back that claim.When asked for it - I was advised that information is not shareable to public.Who public? I am not some random person who livesdown the road. I subscribed to your services for a premium and I have every right to that information. No? Cancelled mymembership. Very busy location. This location needs to expand rather than squeezing in multiple services. Car wash was okay. My car was... still slightly dirty but I chose to not get back in the long line, will go another day. Customer service is great! Read more

The guys in the shop section are great, probably one of the quicker oil changes I've had. And they're very nice. Took advantage... of the free car wash for the first time though and wasn't impressed with the miserable blonde swearing and acting ridiculous.Window is still streaky too, probably won't take that offer up again. On Saturday 06/25/22, I went to this car wash as per usual to have both my interior and exterior of my car clean and when I went... to pick up my car from the interior cleaning I noticed my spare tire cover was missing. After a worker went back to the car washand searched for the tire cover he returned with a completely destroyed tire cover as seen in the pictures attached. I made aclaim as I was told and received a call back from the claims department. However, instead of being spoken too appropriately witha nice and respectful attitude, I spoke with an worker (Shawn or Sean) that clearly was having a bad day and was spoken over by.I myself have never had a problem with delta Sonic before this, but I was met with such disrespect that I was left astonishedand truly sadden for this place of business. At the end I have received no compensation for all that I dealt with although I hadno part in it. I highly do NOT recommend ANY DELATA Sonic location for any future customers as when things go wrong they willnot support the customer in their errors. Read more
