On September 19,2022 I placed an order at the Niagara falls Blvd location and the person picking it up had an accident (they are... ok) and the order was never picked up and unable to get a person on phone to get $ placed back on account . I ordered rice bowl and Greek fries delivery. The guy only brought the rice bowl and didn't bring Greek fries. When questioned ,... he said he will go back to the restaurant and will bring it . But never came back and the restaurant never answered my calls. Ialready called 5 times. Took my money and didn't provide the item. And no options to report online or to file a complaint.
