The number system doesn't work. The old system of babysitting the employee while they make your sub as they ask what you'd like... on it is necessary so you actually get your sub and get it made correctly. The employee couldn't match up the number to the sub, nor manage to put condiments ordered on my sub. Customer service is dead. I'm sorry too. No I don't want an "apology cookie." Iwant you to make my sub correctly. Apparently screwing up is so regular you call the cookies apology cookies. That's sad. Read more

This place has good rolls, just about ends there. Got two subs, total was almost $30!! We both asked for extra mayo, did not get... it. They skimped on the meat as well, egregiously. I'm willing to pay a premium for a great sub, this did not hit that marksadly. Read more

Subs were decent. The bread was good. My wife didnt enjoy her cheese veggie sandwich. I got the godfather. Nice hefty... sandwich. The staff was perfect. Friendly and everything. Place was real clean. My only complaint is the shove all theveggies in first then the meat. So when you bite in you get either or and not a bit of both. Read more
Subs are always good! However, more often than not the order is not right. Once again, last night I asked for tomatoes and there... were none on my sub...instead I got onions. I think a little more attention to accuracy would be good! Thank you! Read more
