1st time in this location and last time! I placed 4 orders and had to cash out separately for each one of them. That was... ridiculous because other Dunkin donuts don't do that. Then, I didn't like the way the "manager" spoke to the cashier who wasnew, on the mistakes he made in front of everyone. That manager, did not conduct herself appropriately and when I tried tellingher I placed my orders correctly and paid. It wasn't my fault a certain item was not correct but she didn't care. And chargedme again for it, which never would've happened anywhere else. Therefore, that will be my last time there. Terrible food and coffee! Like I ordered from DoorDash and they messed up several of my items! The coffee I ordered was suppose... to be original blend with oat milk, 3 sugars, and a shot of espresso! They just put black coffee in some ice! No espresso and nosugars! Dunkin’s on Delaware and hertle you guys and gals dropped the ball big time! Never will You get my business again! Ontop of that you didn’t even give a straw for the ice coffee pathetic! Read more
