DO NOT GO TO A FASTRAC!! I went to this one in Buffalo, New York. I used my card at the pump for $15.13 in gas. I checked my... bank account and they took $100.00 dollars out. So naturally I called them freaking out, and the pleasant gentleman told me itwas ?a company policy to hold $100.00 per transaction,?and it will be released to me in 24 hours. HOW IS THAT ALLOWED?! I'll never go back to this fast trac for food ever! It was my first experience only to get my parents subs to them and my dad... found mold on parts of the sub roll when I returned it the next day the female manager was very RUDE! I am giving Fastrac 4 stars, only because the review is strictly for the gas and not for the inside cafe. There are several gas... terminals so there is no waiting. If you become a Fastrac member you receive 10 cents off per gallon, this discount is alsoavailable to AAA members as well. Read more
Had to tell the cashier multiple times that they gave me the incorrect change. The store says you can get any size cup of ice... for .79 but did not make that clear. I said I wanted a drink, but they decided to charge different prices. Read more
False advertising. At the pump it clearly states "pay with cash get member price." When I paid with cash, I did not get the... member price. I talk to the manager and ask why I didn't get the member price and he said that you need to be a member and paywith cash. Completely misleading information advertised at pump! Read more
Would give 5 buy I hate that in order to get membership savings u must walk in to pay with cash. That is so behind in times. The... prices are rediculous. Especially for the area they are ripping these low income families off.
