Okay - first of all - the pizza was awesome as usual. Second - whoever made the fries should get promoted, because they are the... best french fries I've ever eaten. I am from the south towns and I have had pizza at 75% of the pizzerias in Western New York, today was my first time having pizza... here at favorites. I am absolutely stunned and amazed how awesome this pizza is and I?ve never heard of the place before! Consistently messes up food after numerous times of ordering customer service is poor guy on the phone trying to resolve the... issue made it an issue to either make the food correct or refund the money wanted a full refund and for them to pick up the coldfood that was delivered after an hour and a half of waiting will not be getting food from them again 70$ for cold pizza coldfried dough chicken fingers and a wrap that?s made completely wrong they have even mailed us a coupon for multiple mistakes theyhave made called to make sure the refund was being processed and the guy says Profanity to us terrible Edit ended up gettingrefund thanks. Got charged almost $8 for (4) 4 oz containers of ketchup. Could have gotten two big bottles for that price. They give ketchup... packets for free. Would not have gotten containers if I knew they were going to charge $2 for a small container of ketchup.Completely absurd and highway robbery. It cost $2.69 for a 20 oz bottle at Wegmans. So this place is best known for their variety of pizza slices. I'm a very simple man who loves the old traditionals such as,... cheese and pepperoni or sausage and mushrooms. Right away you notice how much thicker the pizza dough is. Also the plethora ofdifferent types of pizza available is quite impressive. You can choose the Big Mac, teriyaki, seseme chicken, and chicken fingerjust to name a few. The prices is pretty fair as well, two slices and a pop/water for $9.
