A wide assortment of meats but the cuts are not prime. There are 8 cuts of meat.. Prime, Choice, Select, Standard, Commercial,... Cutter & Canner. They charge at choice rates and hand of standard quality. I ordered a 2 inch thick T-bone... paid $45.00 Ireceived an 1 1/2" cut, The filet is practically missing and there was no marbling in the meat. I went to Dashs down the road,ordered a 2 inch T-bone. They asked me which grade of meat, (choice or select) gave me a 2 inch thick T-bone, it had a sizeablefilet and the marbling was excellent for the grade. $38.00 I won't be shopping from federal meats no more! Nice selection butover priced, for an inferior cut of meat. 3 stars because of the overall selections only 3 stars because of the quality andprices! Read more
The staff is so nice and helpful. The quality with all their meats is spot on. You can 100% tell the difference between meat... bought here and Wegmans. Not that Wegmans is bad, Federal's is just better. Read more
I purchased the precooked pork ribs for the first time - I was a little leery that they would be dry. I reheated them in the... oven (wrapped in foil) and they were absolutely delicious. The meat fell off the bone and melted in our mouths - I would highlyrecommend them! Service is also great - if the person helping you cannot answer your question - they go ask someone who can. I go here often. I LOVE their salads. The tuna salad is the best. And the egg salad and chicken salad are so good. I've never... had anything bad from here. And all the guys that work here are so friendly. I will always continue to come here. Read more
Staff always knowledgeable and will to custom make stuffed chicken breast if none is out. Will freezer wrap as well
I love this place. Great quality of food for the prices and the guys that work there are absolutely fabulous!!! Can't go wrong.... My kids love the French bread pizzas they make!! My parents took me there as a kid and I will continue to go there. ????? Read more
